However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a damaged item, or an incorrect order, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging and all included accessories must be retained.
